For the Frenzyheart daily quest, The Heartblood's Strength, there are two objectives. First is to kill a mob for an item, this objective is shown on the map, however the other objective is not. It is to bring Rejek's Vial (id 39574) to the top of the Suntouched Pillar to fill with water (coordinates (33.6, 52.1)) Since you just use the item from inventory while standing in the water, it makes sense why there is no objective shown for it automatically but maybe we can get one manually added (probably with the magnifying glass icon?)
