However, ive looked more into it now, this quest seems to be unavailable completely, and the quest i completed is a a clone / or obviously the original one, called They Grow Up So Fast 13906

Based on wowhead, Gearing up dosent even require the teeth which makes no sense, and yeah i just checked, the npc dosent offer anything, this quest is unavailable, probably removed. (changed my report to removed)
