HealBot reports version 3.4.1.1 so that would imply a Wrath Classic client, this isn't a case of someone trying to load Questie in 3.3.5.
Based on the fact that Z-Perl is showing issues too - what other addons do you have loaded? Questie is failing to call built-in methods, which shouldn't happen.
Had the same problem, it was Z-Perl. Even when it was deactivated, cause of the already mentioned errors, Questi wasnt loading. Uninstall Z-Perl completly! After Questi loads the database you have to relog. Doing a /reload is not enough. Using Windows btw.
Closing this as it seems to be solvable by either updating Questie and/or disabling Z-Perl for a moment.
