Worth noting that this quest does still exist, and can be completed if you've completed 9233 Omarion's Handbook prior to Naxx40's removal. However, since it's such a niche quest and is unobtainable for new players, I think it's fine to blacklist it.

Yeah, it got removed along with the npc that suppose to give it.
He was only placed in the old naxx, he is gone, and so is the quest.

This quest still exists. If you completed Omarion's Handbook prior to Naxx40's removal, you can go to Light's Hope Chapel to pick up and hand in this quest.

That being said, this quest's pre-reqs being unobtainable are certainly good enough cause to blacklist it.

Yepp you are correct, you can pick up the quest from the Blacksmith there if you have one of the 3 professions.
Otherwise it could only be learnt by the npc in naxx.
Meaning this isnt even a zone quest but a profession required one. And therefore it shouldn't be shown in naxx or epl either way

I mean the Glacial Cloak quest (along others) should not be blacklisted, but the pre quest should. That will still show them in the Journey, but not on the map.
