I didn't get to these ones in time, and both Wowhead and Twinhead lack coordinates for Exodar/Silvermoon, too. We'll need to wait until next year.

I'm gunna add Harbinger coordinates from a Wowhead comment... probably not the best solution, but it's the only one I've got.

There's no coordinates available for the Vendors or Heralds in those cities, but Vendors aren't used for anything and Heralds are only used for breadcrumbs so... whatever. We can get them next year if need be.
