I think I reported this before... can't remember. @Dyaxler

When you have a full tracker, the tracker can move from the anchor point you set.

After it moves, it then impacts the anchor point on other toons.

Here's the tracker, with a lot of quests. Blue line is roughly the anchor point.

Then if you expand one more quest... it moves the tracker anchor up.

Then if you log out... that new "top" is where the anchor will be set for all your toons.

Is this using a current release of Questie or is this with the tracker changes from PR #4664 ?
