Quest "Sniffing out the perpetrator" is missing the map marker for the start of the event.

The quest is missing a map marker at the Abandoned Camp (~36.4,64.2) where to actually use the quest item given to you Frosthound's Collar.

NB: this is only the alliance version, there is a horde quest equivalent which might also need the same fix!

Horde version uses a mount ride to reach the objective instead - no item usage needed. Will fix the Ally version.
