The Questie Tracker's Sizer needs to size the Tracker both Horizontally and Vertically

Description
Currently the Sizer only sizes the tracker horizontally.
Add Feature
Now that scrolling is implemented and an option to adjust the Trackers Height Ratio (% of players available overall screen height), it makes sense to expand the Sizers ability to resize the Tracker both horizontally and vertically.
