Bug description

I was walking along the shore of Swamp of Sorrows when suddenly an error popped.
It might be related to the quest [43] Threat From the Sea or maybe [44] Fresh Meat, I'm not sure how to reproduce but I just took the quest [43] Threat From the Sea after finishing the crocodile quest, I ran north and the error popped.

Additional note

Related to the same error, after completing the human escort quest [38] Galen's Escape, a one line error popped again.

This was when I looted a quest mob which had no quest items on it. I don’t think I had a quest for the mob at all. It kept happening for every mob I looted until I /reloaded

I just checked in some code that might fix this issue. It's currently in Master but not included in any release yet.
