Objective Check Marks (White Color Profile) aren't updating properly

Bug description

When a quest is completed or picked up that causes the Trackers lines to shift places, the Check Marks element states aren't being cleared.

The source of the bug is that the element tags for each line in the linePool isn't getting properly reset in ResetLinesForChange.

I didn't have any time last night or today to get to this. I should have time tomorrow to resolve this and get it checked into Master for the next patch.
