Quests that start from items dropped by a mob should be limited to items that drop from a specific named mob, not generic mobs -- that'll help avoid this.

Suggest only showing this as dropping from Vladek as that still shows one !, and will avoid the cluster of icons when you also include the generic mobs that also drop the item.

Another idea...

We should have all the data and show quest items that drop from all mobs.

Can we put it in tooltips?

And then only show it on the map if it's from a named mob?

Would take some logic tweaks to flag mobs as "named" but that'd be the better solution.

If it's a unique "named" NPC we could be confident it wouldn't have like 200 spawn points, so we could show it on the map.

If it's "generic thug npc #7" then I think the quest showing up just in the tooltip would be plenty.
