Every time I change language in battle.net for WoW LK (I play on Russian and English servers) and start the game Questie starts rebuild their DB. This is very annoying :)
I suggest Questie should use different DB for different language. When new version released Questie should update all already available DBs at once and after that changing language should not trigger updating.
Also this feature can be dependent on already asked profiles (for language or realm or server)

This issue is a lot more nuanced than assumed - but we are currently working on a DB refactor that will completely eliminate recompiling. We also plan to decouple the database from localizations, but that might take a bit longer.
