Bug description

There is useful info a player might want to know about in the Questie Icon's (? little question mark icon) tooltip. This tooltip is lost when a player options to turn off the Questie Tracker Header.

I'm going to leave this open for now so other players can see it and comment. Someone might have a new idea we can add.

We're just not adding the "Right Click" menu right now...

When a player decides to turn off the Questie Tracker Header... the Questie Icon is kept and moved into the opposite corner of where the Tracker Sizer is located based on how the player sets up the Trackers options.

Additionally, the Questie Icon will fade like the Tracker Sizer does when you move your mouse pointer off the Tracker frame.

When your Tracker is populating Quests in an Up & Right direction then this is what you'll end up with:

Down & Right option:

This allows us to keep the tooltip the Questie Icon provides and keep it clean for those that don't want it hanging around while Questing. We're also going to be introducing a new "Right Click" menu for the Questie Icon and we're moving a lot of the Toggles that are found in Questie Config --> Tracker tab into this new menu.
