Description

In Shadowmoon Valley, as an Alliance, I have an "Honor the Flame"-quest showing as available from a Horde-related (I would assume) quest giver. The quest itself isn't available to be picked/completed, and does not register as "Completed" when having done the Alliance version of the quest for that zone (shows even post-reload).
