Bug description

The latest version of questie in WOTLK classic 3.4.2 doesn't seem to allow me to open the questie options anymore. I've tried clearing the plugin cache and uninstalling/reinstalling the addon but no luck.

Which version of Questie are you using? 3.4.2
Iissue is about Wotlk.

The picture shows that you are getting the same error that others have. it is not a problem with this add-on it is a problem with another add-on

go ahead and disable your add-ons one by one until that error goes away you will find that it is not questie

in a nutshell, some addon is using Ace3 libs wrong and doing something very like Settings = {} or nil
this breaks the Settings global (new in patch 3.4.2 of wrath)
questie can report a missing function but does NOT make that function missing itself..
again, its another addon causing the issue.. disable your addons (except questie) and re enable them one by one till you see that error again in chat (reported by questie) the last addon you enabled will be your problem addon
