QIBs don't pick up quest items that are given on quest accept (sourceitemid) unless they are also requiredSourceItem.

This leads to a very involved fix which includes going through all DB and correction files to include all quests that have sourceitemid to also have those items as requiredsourceitems, but this will lead to another bug explained in #5028 .
