Quest "Tabetha's Task" in Undercity shows as available but isn't for my 52 Undead Priest.

Please note that I've not completed nor accepted follow-up quest Tiara of the Deep yet.

8.8.3 is an old version, do you get the same issue with 8.8.7?
This is very weird, as the quest has no prequest in Questie database, and it should be available starting with level 40. I wonder what the prequest actually is.
