[Wotlk] Final Blood Elf Paladin Charger quest doesn't flag itself as completed

Description
The final quest of the Blood Elf charger questline 'True Masters of the Light' (ID: 9737) doesn't flag itself as completed after handing it in. I think this issue stems from the quest in the database still considering its acquisition from Lady Liadrin (who isn't present at all anymore) instead of Lord Solanar Bloodwrath.
