Tooltips do not consider NPC vs object

Bug description
The quest Captain Sander's Hidden Treasure finishes by an object, named Broken Barrel.
When you walk towards this location you come by a group of Harvest Golems, on which you will see the tooltip for the quest finisher. This is because the Broken Barrel and the Harvest Golem both have the ID 36.
It seems the Tooltips module only checks for the ID and not the type. For nearly all quests this will never be an issue because of the wide range of IDs, especially on objects.
Maybe it is a general issue though, because the Broken Barrel does not have an object tooltip.
