Map tooltips for Shift+mouseover don't always create the source of objectives.

Broken tooltip example:

It should show Ragged John as source for "Milked".

Here it shows the source, Rutgar Glyphshaper.

Possible sources: missing translations for NPC name, objectives, npc/object + extra text defined in DB/corrections.
