Journeys "Quests by Zone" not picking up current zone

Bug description
The Journey does not pick up the current continent and/or zone in the "Quests by Zone" tab.
From the testing it looks like Eastern Kingdom is not working at all, Kalimdor is working even though the dropdowns show the wrong entries.
