Abandoning a quest doesn't remove the quest icons from nameplates and target frame.

Abandon any quest while you are in range and/or target a quest related mob. Notice the quest icons are not removed.

known issue with game api (same thing as kill quests for mobs you are facing)
requires moving out of range or turning away from them till they arent visible
