Tracker can not be rezised while holding shift

Bug description

  1. Hover over the Tracker sizer
  2. Hold Shift to read the key combinations
  3. Press and hold left click (or CRTL + left click), to start resizing the Tracker
  4. The Tracker does not resize, because you are still holding the shift key

It is not intuitive that you need to release the shift key to resize the Tracker.
