Questie & WoW version
In SoD, questie's quest id's are showing in the tracker and they cannot be turned off. The option is in the advanced settings of Questie and under the Developer Options. Its greyed out and it was like this upon loading up questie for the first time in SoD

This is on purpose, to aid in reporting things (to simplify the answer)
Will it eventually be fixed/removed? Because it is very distracting and annoying
Please fix this. If you want to simplify reporting, set the option to default on. But it should be possible to turn this off.

This was intentional to help us gather data at launch, but yes it will be changed back soon.
We didn't want to "default it on" because we didn't want to create situations where launching SoD would enable it on for regular Era or Wrath characters too.
