Perhaps I'm missing something, but since the update that changed the structure of how settings were stored, 651b8c6, it seems to be no longer possible to have different tracking settings per character without using a completely different profile.
I don't need to track Ammo vendor on my Priest, or Food/Water vendors on My Mage, I would also set the Profession Trainers to just those that the current character actually had.

Was this intended to be removed? Is the only way to get this back to have entirely discrete profiles?

Yes, this was an intended move. Nearly everything should now be handled using profiles, just as other addons to this.

We'll discuss this in the team though, if this use case should be handled differently 🤔

So there's more to add to this now. I don't know if this was an issue when I first posted or has since been changed, I'm not able track Reagent vendors on my Warrior, presumably because Warriors don't have any abilities that use reagents.

Why is this bad? In SoD, reagent vendors sell the Chronoboon Displacer needed for storing World Buffs.
