I just turned in the quest https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=1788/the-tome-of-divinity
I no longer have the quest item needed and have learned the Redemption spell.
I can no longer pick up the repeatable quest.

So these quests should only be repeatable until you turn in 1788?
That makes most sense, and there is no exclusiveTo field for those. Will fix them asap

These quests should be able to be picked up and completed again and again as long as you meet the pre-req, which is losing the item for The Tome of Divinity while still on that quest.

Can you confirm that even after deleting the necessary item, the repeatable quests could not be picked up again?
