The SoD quest 'Alonso the Dragonslayer' is not currently in the QuestDB.

So this quest is for the warriors Raging Blow rune, however when doing some cursory research, it seems to have a shared quest ID with the Wild Wyvern Wrangling quest for the Kill Command rune for hunters (78114).
We will need to create a fake quest ID for this one.
90099 is the pre-req for this quest. So maybe we use 90100 and update the fake Devastate & Frenzied Assault to increment by 1 so we can keep the Raging Blow stuff together?
Alternatively we can just add it as 90112 and not worry about incrementation at all, hopefully with a refactor later to move all class runes together?
