Rogue's "Quick Draw" rune needs to be improved

Description
Currently every location shows every quest version of this.
I think we should either duplicate the "Burried Treasure" object so we can show each rune version in a specific location. Combining all versions into a single one does not make sense, as the objectivesText is important.
