Wowhead link

The rune starts in the Tower of Althalaxx in Darkshore looting an orb on the top floor of the tower. With this orb you can hand in https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=78088/a-strange-artifact . We should add a rune location in the tower and make it exclusive to this quest, so it is hidden once the quest was turned in.
