Redrawing of map icons when discovering new areas ignores "Enable Map Icons" option

Bug description

As per the title, when discovering new areas of the map, Questie triggers a redrawing of the icons, and it ignores the "Enable Map Icons" option. The result is that even with that option disabled, the moment you discover new areas all the icons re-appear.

To reproduce:

  1. Disable the "Enable Map Icons" option
  2. Verify that map icons are hidden by opening the map
  3. Walk around the map until a new area is discovered
  4. See all icons re-appear

Questie & WoW version

I've noticed this behavior in all of Classic Era, SoD and WotLK.
Currently using v.9.3.5, but also saw this happening in older versions.

This appears to have been fixed. Currently using v10.0.6 and not able to reproduce this behaviour.
