Hi there,

The Moonsteel Broadsword item was modified for Season of Discovery in Classic WoW, and thus broke the quest 'Jarl Needs a Blade', which was not able to be turned in until the past few days. It seems Blizzard hotfixed the issue and you can now abandon & re-acquire the quest Jarl Needs a Blade, and turn in the updated Moonsteel Broadsword as a result.

This appears to be accmoplished by issuing a new quest ID on the backend, because Questie thinks I can still accept the quest (it's on my map), even though I just completed it. It also acknowledges it's a new quest missing from the DB, paste output below.
