In many zones Kalimdor exclamations show up as available quest but the quest giver is not offering. After turning off questie and restarting it I found that questie is showing me all the quest at the same time intead of the quest string as to which quest is first to trigger the next quest in the string. Yes, this is a known issue and will take time to actually fix all of them. We need to manually fix every single quest that is not correct, there is no way around, sorry.
So feel free to report specific quests.
