Quest 850 "Kolkar Leaders" duplicated, shows available at new & old quest giver

Description

Quest 850 "Kolkar Leaders" had its quest giver changed in Cataclysm from Regthar Deathgate to Telar Highstrider. It is correctly displaying where the quest is now given, but also incorrectly displaying the old location too.
