Hello, I found that the icons for the Flame Festival holiday quests can't be displayed on the world map while using Questie. Resetting the Questie database shows the following prompt: "The quest 84552 is missing from Questie's database."
The Version is 10.3.1 and this issue is about Wotlk.

I guess the dates simply change for the WotLK version you are playing. If you manually want to show the event quests, you need to adjust the dates in this line:
https://github.com/Questie/Questie/blob/master/Database/Corrections/Holidays/QuestieEvent.lua#L322

You will find that file in your local Questie installation as well.

About "The quest 84552 is missing from Questie's database." - Can you tell which quest that is? A screenshot of your quest log might help and/or if you enable "Show Quest IDs" in the Advanced section of the Questie settings.
