Bug description

Having both Questie and ElvUI addons running breaks the ability to popup the quest complete window when quests are finished that way instead of turning them in. Disabling either questie or ElvUI makes it work again

Depends on the quests you experience this issue.
It could be Blizzard spaghetti.

It's all the quests that pop up the window to complete quests

This happens to me on Classic SoD but not MoP remix or Dragonflight after about 30-40 minutes of gamplay so i dont think its an issue with ELvUI as i dont use that Addon on SoD.
