The task icons in the mini map overlap incorrectly, while other identifiers are normal. All the signs on the big map are normal.

If you change the icon size for the mini map the icons will overlap correctly:

The problem is: You see the default Blizzard icons (the big ones) and the Questie icons (the small ones). Addons have no way of interacting with the default ones and therefore can't change their size or hide them or anything similar.
