[SOD] Quests showing as "Missing pre quest" while completed or class restricted

Description

The "Gnome improvement" quest is showing as "Missing pre quest" in the My journey -> quests by zone while the SoD version of the quest is already completed. I think the ERA version of the quest has not been replaced with the SoD version (it shows quest ID 2948 while SoD version is quest ID 80131)

The "Orders from the Grand Crusader" quest is showing as "Missing pre quest" in the My journey -> quests by zone while this is a quest series for Paladin (and the character is druid). The pre quests are not showing as expected
