It is quest=7731 in classic (using SoD version)and the patrol of the NPC Stinglasher according to questie is around 75.58 , 60.72 going a route south and north of that area but after checking with multiple characters the spawn and route of the NPC can infact also be at around 73.77 , 63.23 at a different hive area.Not aware if this SoD specific or not but it is definitely incorrect in this version of the game.
