Hey @Doonsmoo thanks for reporting this!

Can you share a screenshot of your quest log and/or do you have an idea which quest is related to "Azgaloth"?

I believe it might be to do with the Paladin weapon quest they added with BWL, it doesn't cause any issues that I can see, other than posting that string every time I log in. I still have to cleanse the sword in the new dungeon which requires killing Azgaloth, but I may have removed the required quest/it hasn't continued properly as it isn't in my quest log.
