Quest 25316 "As Hyjal Burns" shown as available when it is not

Literally all board call quests are breadcrumbs
I also believe "Warchief's Command" to be a breadcrumb quest. But as long as this one is active, one cannot accept "As Hyjal Burns". As soon as I handed in "Warchief's Command", "As Hyjal Burns" became available.
DId you try to get the quest BEFORE getting the board call quest?
Because what you describe is exactly how breadcrumb quests work
Also, the new cata zones should be pretty much bullet proof atm.
But if the call quest would only be a breadcrumb for "As Hyjal Burns", I should have been able to accept the quest, shouldn't I?
Questie showed me that the quest was available. But it was not offered by the NPC. Like shown in the first screenshot.

No. But I believe it would be available as long as you are not having the unfinished board quest in the log.
Is it possible to hide the quest in Questie as long as I have the other quest in my log? Or is this not possible?
