Move wiki to GitHub pages

Description
We should think about moving the entire documentation to GitHub Pages. That will allow us to have the documentation in our code and don't have to edit it in the browser. That will help up to keep things up to date and also increase the writing speed.
I guess I see the benefit of having documentation in the source, but I see two reasons against doing this.
For one you can work with the wiki like a normal git repository already by cloning https://github.com/Questie/Questie.wiki.git
. So you can edit the files locally and then commit and push your changes.
And since we have used the wiki for documentation so far there will be a lot of links from external sources towards it, like from addon sites hosting an old version of our readme for example. We could theoretically build redirections into the Wiki, just not sure if having the files in the source is worth that effort here...
