Description

So this quest is a little weird, you have to answer a prompt from the quest giver to make it available. It doesn't show as being available on the map or minimap even though it is available if you answer Sovik's prompt. If you accept this quest, then Rig Wars (2841) becomes unavailable, but it shows as being available on the map. So what you should do is first accept Rig Wars, then accept Chief Engineer Scooty.

If you click the prompt from Sovik, it AUTOMATICALLY accepts the Scooty quest even before you accept it manually, and then blocks Rig Wars.

#1756 has some details on this but I believe are incorrect, you CAN in fact accept Scooty before accepting Rig Wars, but by accepting Scooty, it blocks you from accepting Rig Wars.

We actually already knew about this since TBC -> 57107b4

But didn't bother to add/verify it for Classic. Thanks for the report, it will be easy to fix 👍🏻
