The video is actually pretty helpful - It's the same error as in #6734

Some notes for myself:

  • The error pops up right after combat
  • The error lists quest 2822 - which should NOT be in the QuestLogCache anymore because the follow up was already accepted (https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=7734/improved-quality)
  • So something is blocking the quest from being correctly removed and/or it is re-added when it should not
  • The last quest turned in was 2822 (clip) - afterwards two quests were accepted: 7734 (the follow up) and 2863 (the quest that triggered the error)
  • No auto turn in was used
