Description

The level 50 mage quest Magecraft is not being offered to me or my friend. As I believe it should not have any prerequisite other than being the correct level, I don't think these will be introduced until phase 2. They were originally introduced after Blackwing Lair.
The same thing seems to affect other people as well.

Thanks for the fix. Two comments though:
It affects all classes, not just mage. But I wasn't sure which quests were the first step so I didn't include them. And Wowhead just published this as well, and their prediction is Phase 4. Not sure what's correct though.
