Not sure why but I was having really spikey lag when I was dragon riding with a lot of frameskips, tracked it down to only happening when I had this addon enabled. I am not sure if it was just a situation of this not playing nice with another addon, or just this one and the way it processes graphical updates to the map and stuff.
