Describe the bug
When interacting with the NPC, Alchemy Services Requested is not being accepted.
Reverted to v.73, this one still works.
Note1: I have already completed this quest on a different character but it should not matter because it's a profession quest and also is a weekly.
Note2: I don't know what other kind of quests this affects, I just found this one and rolled back to previous version. Guessing this would be a problem for all weekly quests (worldsoul, weekend event, anniversary event, etc.).
If this is caused by the change that won't accept quests that were completed by the warband, it should not do that for repeatable/weekly quests and have an option to disable this behavior.

Correct, this is intended behavior with the warband tracking changes.
I'll consider adding an option to accept repeatables regardless, please open a separate issue about this.
