Describe the bug

Does not auto accept A Time To Reflect quest from the anniversary event anymore after it was completed once by the warband.

How to reproduce

Do the quest on one character and try to do it again on the next character

What did you expect?

to auto accept the quest

I downgraded to .73 again and it's working again. I saw your changelog but I do not understand what the heck you were trying to achieve with this change.
Why would I not want to auto accept a quest I have done on another character?
At least make it an option to opt out of.
