Logged in and did one dungeon at 59. No error on login today. Hit 60 at the end, got this on exiting:

The only thing that occurred to me is that it might have something to do with not having a covenant ability since I was doing some dungeons without one yesterday, but for this one I did have Convoke the Spirits. Maybe something happened when I hit 60 too?
