To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use a Holy Pala with the Light of the Martyr Talent.
2. Go to the buffs tab of Raid Frame Settings
3. Add buff with id 447988 to the blacklist
4. The Light of the Martyr buff is hidden
5. Go to a dummy and spend some time using some abilities, holy shocks etc
6. Notice the Light of the Martyr coming back and staying.

Expected behavior
The Light of the Martyr buff (447988) should be filtered out.

Have you disabled all other add-ons?

On retail version 11.0.0.55960 I can't seem to replicate the bug. Perhaps the bug is caused by some other addons that aren't working well in beta etc. Feel free to close this and if it happens in the retail version I'll ask you to re-open.

And now I logged into Beta and I can't reproduce this so just close it.
