Describe the bug
Some npc "party members" in follower dungeons show up named "Unknown" instead of their actual name. Disabling and enabling the addon while in the dungeon seems to solve the issue.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enter follower dungeon
2. Look at party list

Expected behavior
Raidframes showing the npc's actual name

Have you disabled all other add-ons?
No, but disabling and reenabling RFS while still in the dungeon solves it, at least for that dungeon run

This will still not completely fix the problem, but the cache will now be updated and the next time the game updates the frames, it will "fix itself".
